WASHINGTON (WJLA) – For the parents of one young local 9/11 victim, Thursday is a personal, family day.
Michelle and Clifton Cottom are encouraging young scholars in remembrance of their daughter, Asia.
She was 11 years old, one of D.C. Public Schools’ young winners of a National Geographic Society trip to Santa Barbara.
