VENDOR FEE
The cost of registering for a Vendor table is $75 per table This cost does not include obtaining additional Vendor Space. Each addition table requested will be an additional $75. Each Vendor space will come with 1 standard 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Electricity will be available and limited to the plugs in close proximity to your vending station. You must provide your own extension cords, if necessary.
LIABILITY
Vendor agrees to defend at its’ own expense, indemnify and hold harmless the Asia SiVon Cottom Memorial Scholarship Fund, its management, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, penalties, damages, costs, expenses, causes of action and claims of every kind and nature arising from illness, death, bodily injury or property damage to any person whomsoever, occasioned by or growing out of or in any way connected with, the occupation or use of the vendor space or activities associated with this agreement.
